Tom Ruscica

I am the Associate Dean for the School of Humanities and the Arts and I serve as the Chair of the Music Department at William Jessup University. This is a fancy way of saying that I run the Jessup music department as my personal fiefdom.

I like to think that I excel at developing students into inspiring and influential leaders, and to that end, I claim to be passionate about creating opportunities generated by leading the University Choir & Orchestra (UCO). But the truth of the matter, every single one of my actions is rooted in one principle: it must benefit me in some way.
